I have coached founders going through Y Combinator, capital raising and company building. I’ve coached investors to find their conviction, and coached solopreneurs past their own blind spots and limiting beliefs.
I’ve coached Chief of Staffs to find and own their voice as a true executive, and coached new leaders and managers (especially in product and strategy) in the art of leadership, scaling themselves past their own individual contributions.
I have coached mid-career professionals through wrong career turns, redundancies and burnout, back towards their light.
I have coached exited founders to find their Act Two, and coached consulting directors to leap out of professional services into more exciting waters. I’ve coached financially independent business owners to find their new purpose, and I’ve coached artists to find their infinite creativity once again.
I have loved working with all my clients, because they have something in common: limitless potential inside, with a desire for something more for themselves.
Deeper down, they all:
Want to play and win at their whole life, living a life of freedom, empowerment, growth and joy through the twists and turns of life
Understand that everything ‘out there’ follows what happens ‘in here’
Are ready to live powerfully and free, holding that they always have choice in their lives
Take growth seriously as one of the most important things in their life, and so are prepared to invest in themselves and do the inner work
Know that growth takes time, is not always linear, but remember that it is always darkest before the dawn
Don’t get me wrong, my clients are not perfect. Come as you are. Humanity is much richer than perfection anyway. Just want better for yourself and be ready to start the work to receive it. If you have that, the rest will follow.
